Cancellations and Refunds :

Delegates whose papers are rejected will receive a full refund after registration payment has been done. Delegates who cancel their registration more than 60 days before the start of the meeting and do not have a paper accepted for presentation at the conference will receive a complete refund minus MYR 100 administration charge. Fees remain payable in full if the cancellation is done less than 60 days before the conference or if the paper has been formally accepted. We strongly advise that if you need a visa to attend this conference, you should apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please notice that we will endeavour to assist you in obtaining a visa, but it remains your responsibility to do so, and the decision to issue one rests solely with the appropriate authorities.

If ICMA 2019 has to be cancelled, the ICMA Secretariat’s liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fees only. We will not be liable for any other costs associated with the cancellation of the event (such as hotel and travel costs).
